Contact us
Inside the app: Settings ▸ Contact us. Pick a topic (a new game idea, improving a game, something broken, or something else), write your message and send it. No name and no email address are needed, and the screen refuses any message containing an email address, a phone number or a link.
Outside the app: [email protected].
Following your request
A message does not vanish once sent. Open Contact us ▸ Your messages to see what you sent and where each one has got to. A message is in one of six states:
- Received
- Looking at it
- Planned
- In the next update
- Shipped
- Not planned
At the top of that screen is a code shaped like ARC-XXXX-XXXX. Copy it if you email us about an earlier message, because it is what ties the two together. The app makes the code at random on your device; it is not your advertising ID and it does not identify you.
Request a game
This is not a closed suggestion box. Requests genuinely shape what gets made, and the app is built so a new game slots in without a rewrite. Two of the games in the app today started as a player’s message. Tell us the game, and what would make it good for you.
Report a problem
What helps: the name of the game, what you were doing just before it went wrong, and your device model. A screenshot saves a lot of back and forth.
Restore Instant Rewards
Instant Rewards (called Remove Ads until 11/9/2026, and the same purchase) belongs to the Google Play account or Apple ID you bought it with, not to the device. On a new device, sign in with the same account, open the app and choose Shop ▸ Restore purchases. If rewards still ask you to watch a video, write to us and attach your receipt.
Moving to a new phone
Your scores and progress are kept on the device. If you signed in to Google Play Games or Game Center (Settings ▸ Game account), a copy of your saved game is kept in your own Google or Apple account, and a new phone signed in to the same account continues where the old one stopped. Signing in is optional and is not offered to players under 13.
Deleting your data
Your scores, progress and settings are on your device, and uninstalling the app deletes them. Messages you sent us are held by us, and are deleted on request. Both routes are on deleting your data, and what the app does with data is in the privacy policy.
