Deleting your Codeator Arcade data

There is no Codeator account in this app to delete. What is yours lives in at most three places, and each has its own route.

Last updated: 20/10/2026

App: Codeator Arcade (dev.codeator.arcade), Android and iOS

1. What is on your device

Scores, coins, the games and characters you have unlocked, your settings, and the ARC-XXXX-XXXX code belonging to your install: all of it is stored on the device.

Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. You do not need to write to us. Inside the app, Settings ▸ Reset progress also clears scores and progress without uninstalling. It keeps the age you gave, so the ad settings for a child stay in place.

Note that this is final. The code is generated fresh on the next install, which means the app can no longer connect you to messages you sent before.

2. Messages you sent us

If you sent a message from the Contact us screen, we hold it (the privacy policy says exactly what it contains). To have it deleted:

  1. In the app, open Settings ▸ Contact us ▸ Your messages and copy the code at the top of the screen. It looks like ARC-XXXX-XXXX.
  2. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my messages” and that code in the body.
  3. We delete every message carrying that code, usually the same day and within 30 days at the outside, and reply to confirm.

The code is the only way to find your messages: we do not hold your name, your email address or your device identifier, and that is deliberate. If you uninstalled the app before copying the code, there is nothing left connecting the messages to you, at which point they are anonymous anyway.

3. If you signed in: your Apple or Google account

Only if you signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games: a copy of your saved game, and your scores on the leaderboards, are kept by Apple or Google under your own account. Uninstalling the app does not remove them, and we cannot, because they are theirs and not ours. Remove them in your account settings: on iOS under Settings ▸ Game Center, and on Android in the Play Games app under Settings ▸ Delete Play Games account & data. Signing out of the app (Settings ▸ Game account) stops any further syncing.

What cannot be deleted individually

Star ratings. A rating carries no code and no identifier of any kind, only the game, the number of stars (and, if you changed a rating, the number it replaced), the language and the app version. It cannot be traced back to you, which also means we cannot pick yours out of the others to delete it.
